Welcome to the Provider Academy

Step-by-step guide to log in, select your role, activate Intercom, and access the Provider Academy.

1. Log in to the portal

Before you can access the provider academy content, you must authenticate yourself in the portal as the academy is role-based.

  • Visit the official login page.

  • Log in using your credentials.

2. Select the Provider Admin role

  • Navigate to the role selection menu:

  • Explicitly select the role Provider Admin of any provider you have access to.

3. Activate Intercom

At first, the Academy will be locked. You must activate Intercom:

  • Look at the bottom right corner of your screen.

  • There you will find the Intercom activation field:

  • Click on "Enable" to activate the service.

  • Once Intercom is active, the Academy links on top get activated.

4. Open the Academy

Once Intercom is activated, you can open the Academy:

  • Click on the "Academy" button in the top right menu.

  • Troubleshooting: If the Academy button is greyed out or cannot be clicked, it is usually because the connection to the support system is not yet active. If that happens, please reload the page as a Provider Admin once and make sure the consent message has been accepted.
