Why is there an onboarding quiz?
When a sharing offer does require it, it ensures that all drivers understand the essential fleet rules before booking a vehicle. Topics usually include:
Vehicle inspection and damage reporting before starting the ride
Charging or refueling during and after the booking
Correct parking and ending the booking at designated locations
When do I need to take the quiz?
If a quiz is mandatory for a sharing offer, you will see a banner or notice directly in the app. Vehicle bookings are unlocked once the quiz is successfully completed.
How does the quiz work?
Start the quiz: Tap the quiz prompt or banner in the app.
Review instructions & answer questions: Read through the instructions and select the correct answers.
Completion: Once you pass the quiz, your account is immediately approved for bookings for this sharing offer.
What happens if I answer a question incorrectly?
In most cases, you can retake the quiz right away. Depending on the provider, you may have a limited number of attempts.
Important note: Please answer the questions carefully. A completed or failed quiz cannot be manually reset.
